Municipalities offer property records as a service to citizens for permitting, selling, and buying property. This often manual process involves a series of databases and paper records to compile a single request, and can take hours for a clerk to complete. This effort often costs more to complete than it costs citizens to request, creating an inefficient cost-centre for municipalities. VivaCitadel’s Property Information Request (PIR) solution was created to streamline and automate much of this process.
