Vivacity Technologies Modernizing Property Information Requests for the City of Pitt Meadows Using VivaCitadel

May 14, 2025, Kamloops, BC – Vivacity Technologies (Vivacity) is excited to announce a new collaboration with the City of Pitt Meadows to enhance and streamline the City’s Property Information Request (PIR) process through the deployment of VivaCitadel, Vivacity’s data and record management platform.

VivaCitadel will enable Pitt Meadows to consolidate data from multiple databases, automate record retrieval, provide real-time tracking of requests, and reduce manual workloads for staff—allowing the City to respond to inquiries more accurately and efficiently. The new system also includes a modern, user-friendly online portal that simplifies the submission and tracking of requests for all users.
