About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account & Technical Support Co-op / Intern to support our VivaCitadel platform.
This role is perfect for someone interested in customer experience, technology, and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with our team to support clients, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
Technical Support (Tier 1)
Respond to client inquiries and support requests
Troubleshoot basic technical issues
Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team members
Account Support
Assist with client onboarding and setup
Maintain client records and documentation
Support ongoing client communication
Operations Support
Help track usage, feedback, and engagement
Assist with internal documentation and process improvements
What We're Looking For
Background in or currently enrolled in a post-secondary program related to Business, Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable learning new software tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Nice to Have
Experience in customer support or client-facing roles
Basic technical troubleshooting skills
Interest in SaaS or software platforms
Experience with Google Workspace and Sites
