Salary Range

$24-26 / per hour


Note: We typically work all together in-person at our office once per week!

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account & Technical Support Co-op / Intern to support our VivaCitadel platform.


This role is perfect for someone interested in customer experience, technology, and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with our team to support clients, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

 

What You'll Do

Technical Support (Tier 1)

  • Respond to client inquiries and support requests

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues

  • Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team members


Account Support

  • Assist with client onboarding and setup

  • Maintain client records and documentation

  • Support ongoing client communication


Operations Support

  • Help track usage, feedback, and engagement

  • Assist with internal documentation and process improvements


What We're Looking For

  • Background in or currently enrolled in a post-secondary program related to Business, Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable learning new software tools

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable


Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer support or client-facing roles

  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills

  • Interest in SaaS or software platforms

  • Experience with Google Workspace and Sites
