Note: We typically work all together in-person at our office once per week!

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing & UX/UI Design Co-op / Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both storytelling and design - helping shape how our products are presented while also contributing to user experience improvements. You’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in UX/UI design and design in a product lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Support social media planning and execution

• Contribute to our newsletter and content initiatives (e.g., VivaScoop)

• Assist with event coordination and promotions

• Create collateral (ads, case studies, print materials ex. brochures and one pagers)

• Help manage and update content calendars

• Support website updates and product launch campaigns

• Create digital content (graphics, videos, etc.)

  
  

UX/UI Design

• Assist with product design improvements

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

• Support ongoing UX/UI initiatives

  
  

Additional Support

• Provide light support on internal projects and consulting initiatives as needed

  
  

What We're Looking For

• Background in or currently enrolled in a post-secondary program related to Marketing, Design, Communications, or similar

• Experience with design tools (Figma, Canva, or similar)

• Strong written and visual communication skills

• Interest and experience in UX/UI and product design

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Experience managing social media accounts

• Basic video editing skills

• Familiarity with web design or CMS tools

• Experience with Google Workspace
