Kamloops, BC, September 09, 2025 - Vivacity Technologies is pleased to announce the successful go-live of its VivaCitadel Property Information Request (PIR) platform in the City of Pitt Meadows, ushering in a new era of digital service delivery for residents, businesses, and industry professionals seeking property information.

Designed to streamline and modernize the way property information requests are submitted, processed, and delivered, the VivaCitadel PIR platform replaces traditional manual workflows with a secure, centralized digital system. This transformation significantly improves turnaround times, reduces administrative workload, and enhances the overall transparency of municipal services.

“At its core, this project is about making municipal services work better for everyone,” said George Emery, CEO and Founder of Vivacity Technologies. “The City of Pitt Meadows is showing real leadership by investing in technology that both improves service delivery to residents and enhances internal efficiency.”

The launch of the VivaCitadel platform marks the culmination of months of close collaboration between Vivacity Technologies and City of Pitt Meadows staff to prepare the system for local needs and integrate it seamlessly with existing municipal processes. As a result, property owners, real estate professionals, and developers can now submit property information requests online and receive digital responses all from a single, easy-to-use portal.

“The implementation of VivaCitadel’s PIR platform reflects our commitment to embracing technology that makes life easier for our residents and stakeholders,” said Darrin Fast, Manager of Information Technology at the City of Pitt Meadows. “By digitizing and streamlining property information requests, we’re able to provide faster, more transparent services while freeing up staff resources to focus on other priorities.”

The City of Pitt Meadows is part of a growing group of municipalities leveraging Vivacity Technologies’ VivaCitadel suite to modernize public records and information processes. This launch underscores the shared dedication to creating more open, efficient, and citizen-centered local government services.

Through platforms like VivaCitadel, Vivacity Technologies helps municipalities across Canada embrace digital transformation, ensuring that public information services are secure, user-friendly, and future-ready.
